I'm Charlotte - a sports, remedial & holistic massage therapist. I'm a specialist in treating chronic pain and restoring balance in the nervous system, with over 20 years experience.

All treatments are carried out holistically, tailored to each client, each session.

I don't use a 'one treatment fits all' approach, but blend the techniques that are needed to get the best results for you. My treatments take account of each unique client and considers the client's movement patterns across the whole body as well as any additional factors & stressors.
