I'm Charlotte - a sports, remedial & holistic massage therapist based in Littlehampton, West Sussex, specialising in treating chronic pain and restoring balance in the nervous system, with over 20 years experience.

All treatments are carried out holistically, tailored to each client, each session.
I don't use a 'one treatment fits all' approach, but blend the techniques that are needed to get the best results for you. My treatments take account of each unique client and consider movement patterns across the whole body, as well as any additional factors & stressors.

My aim is to leave you feeling relaxed, restored and moving better after each session & treatment programme.

Saturdays 10am to 4:30pm
