Can I pay by card?
You can pay by card in person or online. If you are booking a package ask about payment options and spreading the cost.
Should I book the transformational change package or just drop in sessions?
If you're not sure what the more intensive programme involves or how it works just ask. Book in for a consultation and we can go through any questions and concerns that you might have.
If other programmes haven't worked before we can talk through how this commited work is different and why this might be what you're looking for.
I am also happy to book one-off sessions or a series of PT, coaching or massage treatments.
