Can I pay by card?

You can pay by card in person or online. If you are booking a package ask about payment options and spreading the cost.​

Should I book the transformational change package or just drop in sessions?

If you're not sure what the more intensive programme involves or how it works just ask. Book in for a consultation and we can go through any questions and concerns that you might have.​

If other programmes haven't worked before we can talk through how this commited work is different and why this might be what you're looking for.

I am also happy to book one-off sessions or a series of PT, coaching or massage treatments.
