Every person is unique, and so is every session.

I have been working with bodies for over 20 years, and have a range of massage techniques and styles at my fingertips. Most importantly, my approach is to listen—deeply—to your body’s story, your aspirations, and your challenges to determine the best way to work with you and your body for each session.

Massage is an important but often neglected part of self-care. Physical and emotional health are linked but we often wait until the body is screaming at us or we reach burnout emotionally before we book ourselves some much needed physical therapy!

Whether you are an athlete looking to improve performance or recover from injury, or you're in need of some relaxation & to soothe the nervous system (or, as is often the case, both) you're in the right place.

Each treatment I give is designed around your specific needs and can be focused on what you need on that day, emotionally and physically.

The basis for each treatment booking is the outcome that you are looking for - Clinical sports or remedial treatments are designed to deal with issues and injuries, aches and pains, whilst holistic relaxation treatments are for those looking primarily to relax, restore and destress.

  • Sports and remedial treatments focus on reducing pain, repairing injury and restoring movement in injury or postural cases. These are ideal for chronic pain, sports injury, performance & rehab or for desk workers or those with areas that are causing pain and tension.

  • Holistic treatments focus more on relaxation and resetting the nervous system.

  • Additional or standalone facial & TMJ massage and Indian Head Massage are available with these treatments, and extra time can be booked if needed/desired.

  • For a full system reset book yourself in for my signature slow, restorative Fusion treatment that works from head to toe, using a blend of eastern and western techniques with a view to releasing tension, restoring balance and unwinding any imbalances in the myofascial patterns in the body.

I like to work on the whole body when possible as often there are postural and movement issues that are connected across different parts of the body through the connective tissue system that can be as far apart as head and toes. I recommend booking a longer (at least 90 minutes) session if you would like a full body treatment or have multiple areas that are causing chronic pain or issues.

In all treatments I use a range of techniques from swedish, thai yoga massage, ayurvedic massage, tui'na, myofascial release, stretching and sports massage, tailored to the individual and their needs and preferences.

Self-care outside of the treatment room is also important. With this in mind, I suggest exercises or practices that can help you to maintain balance and reduce symptoms between sessions.

I aim to make each treatment relaxing, even if we are doing deep work.  The intention is always to restore balance, relieve discomfort, and enhance your body’s natural healing processes.
