​I specialise in working with chronic pain, injury & stress. Each treatment I give is designed around your specific needs and can be focused on what you need on that day, emotionally and physically.

Individualised treatment - not a 'routine'

I have been working with bodies for over 20 years, and have a range of massage techniques and styles at my fingertips. Most importantly, my approach is to listen—deeply—to your body’s story, your aspirations, and your challenges to determine the best way to work with you and your body for each session.

 

Remedial/sports or Relaxation?

Clinical sports or remedial treatments are designed to deal with issues and injuries, aches and pains, but I also offer relaxation treatments for those looking primarily to relax and destress. Select either relaxation or sports/remedial massage when booking.

Additional treatments and time

  • Additional facial & TMJ massage and Indian Head Massage are available with all my treatments, and extra time can be booked for any massage if needed/desired.

Pregnancy treatments

  • I have a great deal of experieice working with pregnant clients (post 12 -weeks) and can help to reduce the impact of pregnancy on aches and pains that you might feel in the body.  Just make a note that it's a pregnancy massage when booking either remedial or relaxation treatments.

 

How long should I book in for?

I recommend booking a longer (at least 90 minutes) session if you would like a full body treatment or have multiple areas that are causing chronic pain or issues.​

 

Post-treatment advice

Self-care outside of the treatment room is also important so I will suggest exercises or practices that can help you to reduce symptoms between sessions.

 

Working with the body

I aim to make each treatment relaxing, even if we are doing deep work.  My intention is always to restore balance, relieve discomfort, and enhance your body’s natural healing processes.​​​​​​
