Self care exercises

The best way to remain injury free is to ensure that you are moving your body in a way that will help to keep you moving well and with ease. â€‹I like to say that movement is medicine and this is important for keeping pain free between sessions.

​​The exercises and videos that you find here and on my You Tube channel can help you to take care of yourself and your body.

Any questions please get in touch and no question is too silly to ask. Above all remember that every body is different - you may feel different areas being activated or stretched. The key thing to remember is if it hurts, don't do it. Stay within your range of movement and pain signals.
